These lounges are structured to accommodate different work styles:

  • Communal Work Tables: Large, light-wood meeting tables with comfortable textured chairs provide ample space for spreading out documents or holding informal team meetings.

  • Soft Seating & Laptop Tables: For a more relaxed setup, there are contemporary sofas equipped with slim laptop "C-tables," allowing you to work comfortably from a couch.

  • Lounge Nooks: Clusters of cozy lounge chairs—including vibrant velvet-style seating—are positioned near the windows, perfect for reading or low-intensity tasks.

When you need a higher vantage point, Latitude's scenic rooftop lounge offers a more dedicated coworking atmosphere. This level is specifically outfitted with high-function furniture to help you stay productive:

  • Private Work Booths: Wood-paneled booths with high dividers offer a sense of enclosure and privacy for deep-focus work or private calls.

  • Window Bar Seating: A long wooden counter runs along the glass, providing a "cafe-style" experience where you can work with a panoramic view of the city.

  • Additional Lounge Areas: Soft armchairs and low tables are scattered throughout for a more casual, quiet working environment.

Outdoor Productivity

For those who prefer fresh air, the expansive roof deck is your outdoor workspace with sweeping, high-rise vistas across Virginia Square and Arlington. Equipped with sturdy outdoor tables and chairs, it's a viable spot for an afternoon emails with a view.
